COVID-19 Response

Dear Pawz Pack,
Covering the latest and cutest looks is no small effort and stocking and printing them on demand takes a lot of space and staff members. We needed to prioritize the health and safety of our employees, so we had to make some operational changes to allow our team to work safely and comfortably during this unprecedented time.
We’ve been really busy implementing new systems and safety measures, which include but are not limited to:
- Sanitizing every workstation on a daily basis
- 6 feet social distancing zones for our teams
- Personal protection equipment
- Daily temperature checks when employees arrive each day using non-touch thermometers
In the last few weeks we also experienced some unexpected challenges with certain suppliers resulting in some items being temporarily out-of-stock, which led to delays for some orders that had already been placed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our team is working very hard to catch up and get all orders shipped in a timely manner. Fortunately, we have been able to hire new staff to help increase our production capabilities and improve our customer service.
If you are still waiting for your order, then please note that we are currently experiencing shipping delays of up to 14 days (5-8 day delay is the expectation). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email along with a tracking number.
