Returns

We Offer 30 Day Returns!

Whilst we hope you are happy with your PAWZ purchase, you may return a product to us, unworn & in the original packaging, up to 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or a refund.

Please wrap your item in the original packaging and include your original receipt, stating whether you require a refund or exchange. We recommend you use a tracked form of postage to ensure we receive your item safely, the cost of returning items is the customers responsibility. 

Our team check all items which are returned and you will be emailed to confirm your refund is being processed. We will issue a refund to your original payment card within 14 days of the refund being authorised.  Please note that different card issuers may process the refund outside of this timeframe.

We cannot refund or exchange items purchased outside of the 30 days. 

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that if any discount or promotion codes were used, any free items with your order that have been kept will no longer be free if returning a paid item for a refund. If the free item was not returned with your package and a refund is requested, the refund will be for the price of the returned item minus the free item kept. 

Exchanges 

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pawz.shop and we will organise this for you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

All items returned must be new, unworn and in the original packaging. Any items returned to us that have been obviously worn will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note, no returns will be accepted for our mystery items or subscription tee shirts/goods.
